Carpet Cleaning Procedure

1) Pre-Inspection

Before any cleaning commences we will visually inspect, test and identify the fibre and construction of your carpet.

We will make an evaluation of expected results as well as listen to any concerns you may have. We will measure all areas to be cleaned and provide you with an accurate quotation prior to starting the cleaning process.

2) Commercial Pre-Vacuum

Dry soil is removed using a high powered commercial upright vacuum cleaner.

3) Furniture Moving

We discuss furniture moving options with each customer upon booking. We kindly ask you to move all smaller items and breakables out of the room before we arrive.

Due to insurance reasons, we are unable to move heavy, large or fragile furniture or any electrical equipment. Where possible, we will clean under these items if there is sufficient room.

4) Pre-Spotting

Difficult spots and stains are pre-treated with special solutions to increase the chances of removal. Charges may apply for rooms with excessive staining.

5) Pre-Spray

A pre-conditioning solution is applied to the entire carpet to break down and loosen soils and general spots for thorough cleaning.

6) Soil Extraction and Rinse

The carpet is then thoroughly rinsed using a powerful hot water (steam) extraction machine without over wetting the carpet or backing. This ensures a deep clean whilst also minimising drying time thereby allowing the room to be back in use quicker.

10) Post cleaning inspection

Once the cleaning process is completed we will then inspect the carpets and ensure you are entirely happy with the results prior to leaving.
